It is great that we saved those kids. If we hadn't they would have died. I can't believe we left a lit cigarette in the church. It was our fault, and so we had to come and save the kids. I wonder if Johnny and Dally are okay. Dally will probably be okay, but Johnny got hurt pretty bad. Since we are turning ourselves in to the police, I wonder what will happen. Could we be split up? I hope we don't get separated. Well, at least I got to see Derry and Sodapop. I wonder if Johnny will go to jail, or what might happen to them. I do hope it all turns out well.

Thank goodness we saved those kids
It is great that we saved those kids. If we hadn't they would have died. I can't believe we left a lit cigarette in the church. It was our fault, and so we had to come and save the kids.
